Where organizations come from
Each organization comes from your app’s server events. everydeck knows an organization by the id your server sends with an event. A person belongs to an organization in two ways, and the page says which:- observed: a server event named both the person and the organization,
- according to the app: your app’s user data says so.
Names
The name of an organization comes only from your server: the SDK sends it when your app identifies a person with the name of their organization. Without it, the page says “no name approved”, or the organization shows with its short address. Each organization has a short address likeORG-3. It keeps your app’s own id out of the address bar and the browser history.
The page of an organization
- People: who belongs to it, with the evidence.
- Functions used over the chosen number of days.
- Problems: open cases that hit this organization.
- All runs.
Money per organization
If your app has plans or payments per organization, Owners, Admins, Agency and Viewers see the plan and the revenue. Support sees no amounts. See Money and AI costs.Deleting an organization’s data
Owners and Admins can delete everything everydeck stored about a customer. It works like the privacy deletion of a person. What there is not
- No name rule for organizations, and no check whether their names arrive.
- The read bridge delivers no organization names for this page.
- everydeck does not merge two ids of the same organization.
