Your apps
After you sign in you land on Your apps. Each app has a card with its logo, its environment, Live with events per minute (or Quiet with the last event), a 28-day chart, up to three figures and what needs you. If nothing does, the card says All good, nothing needs you. Sort by needs you first or last activity. The sentence at the top
A short sentence sums up your app. everydeck builds it without AI, from a fixed list of statements. Each one appears only when it is true, for example:- your app “has been in everydeck for 3 days” (only in its first 7 days),
- “best week yet”, or “keeps growing”,
- new people compared with the period before,
- One thing needs you whenever a case is open.
Periods and comparisons
Choose Today, 7 days or 30 days.- 7 and 30 days compare with the same length of time right before.
- Today compares with yesterday from midnight to the same time of day, in your browser’s time zone. At 08:00, that is yesterday 00:00 to 08:00. The page says “vs this time yesterday”.
The big chart
One tab for each figure your app has, at most four: active people, new people, monthly revenue (only with plans that have an amount), AI costs (only with recorded AI calls), or the most used flow. Markers show each new version of your app and each case that opened. Before the first event, the chart shows nothing. everydeck never draws zeros for “not measured”.Cards
Each card appears only when it has data. Otherwise the next one moves up.- Needs you: the open case, or a green area with what was checked and the last case that was repaired. See Needs you.
- Money and AI costs: only with payments or plans. A margin appears only when every AI call of the last 30 days has a known price and revenue is in USD. See Money and AI costs.
- Coming back: how many people came back, once a full week is measured.
- The way through your main flow: the first funnel from Journeys.
- Newest people, with their way through the app.
- In your database: the kinds of data in your approved read scope.
- How fast your app is: duration per run for the three flows with the most measured runs. Under 2 s is “quick”, over 4 s is “slow”.
- Where people use it: only if your app runs on more than one platform, like web and iPhone.
