Every Monday at 8:00 in your time zone, everydeck sends one email per app. It sums up the week before.

What is in it

  • The subject: the app and the headline of the week, like “Acme this week: …”. If something is open for you, it says how many things are for you.
  • New people.
  • The main action of your app.
  • The share of runs that worked.
  • Money, only if your app measures it.
  • What is open, with since when, and what your coding agent waits for.
  • “Fixed this week”: cases that were fixed.
  • New cases.
The footer says “Every Monday at 8:00 your time”, with your time zone.

The week and the time

  • The week runs from Monday to Sunday in the time zone of your profile. Two people in different time zones each get their own week.
  • The email goes out on Monday from 8:00 your time. If it could not be sent on that Monday, the week is skipped. A missed week is not sent later.
  • Your time zone is taken from your browser the first time you open everydeck. You can change it in your profile. Without a time zone, the email comes at 8:00 UTC.

Who gets it

Owners and Admins of apps they can see. Only apps with an approved app map get a weekly email.

Turning it off

Turn off the row Weekly report under Settings › Notifications, for all apps or one app. Or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. See Emails and notifications.

What there is not

  • No daily or morning email.
  • No other channel than email.
